Peter Martindell - Principle

Peter has worked as a manufacturer’s representative in the commercial construction industry since 1999 and has been calling on architects and distributors in Eastern PA for Arch Resources since 2001. In 2018, Peter was named Principal and is focused on growing the business. He consults with division 8 and 10 distributors, architects, and designers and provides architects and designers with opportunities to meet continuing education credit levels through AIA-approved presentations. He lives with his family in the suburban Philadelphia area, and in his spare time, he can be found reading about military history.

Jim Clancy - Account Manager

Jim works with Arch Resource’s division 8 and 10 distribution partners in Maryland and Northern Virginia. His previous experience is extensive and includes commercial office space planning, furniture and high-density storage system sales, facility management, project management, and manufacturer’s representative for commercial office furniture and materials. Jim is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and lives with his wife and daughter (currently in college) outside Baltimore. In his free time Jim enjoys fitness, sporting events, gardening, boating, and a round of golf.

Monika King - Architectural Consultant

Monika brings deep industry knowledge to Arch Resources. Her background in commercial design includes coatings, flooring, surfacing, and building envelopes. Since 2018, Monika has been a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Maryland Suburban Chapter, where she has been held several board positions. Networking has been a huge part of Monika’s success in building lasting relationships with clients in A+D, General Contracting, Owners and Developers. Monika lives in Loudoun County with her daughter and two cats. She and her daughter are very passionate about their Bavarian heritage, and Monika is the Vice President of Alt Washingtonia Schuhplatter Verein, based in Washington, DC. Her daughter’s activities keep her busy, but when time allows, she enjoys reading historical fiction, cooking, baking and visiting wineries.

Grant Hager - Regional Account Manager

Since the start of 2021, Grant has served as the Regional Account Manager for Arch Resources in the Maryland/DC market. On the distributor side, Grant focuses on sales, training, and general customer service to better serve our distribution partners. On the architect side, Grant showcases products, gives CEU presentations, and serves as a project resource for architects. Prior to joining Arch Resources, Grant worked in the banking industry as a Branch Manager, where he was responsible for daily operations, branch sales, and financial literacy presentations. Grant taps into this experience to help Arch Resources develop and grow the company’s relationships and sales. In his free time, Grant enjoys hiking, biking, and attending live music/community events. He also is an avid traveler with a growing list of new countries visited (14 and counting!).

Philip Landes - Account Manager

Philip has been with Arch Resources since 2019, working as an inside sales and customer service representative at our Harleysville, PA office. He previously worked on the manufacturing side of production in hands-on roles. At Arch Resources, Philip has developed solid relationships with clients in distribution and manufacturing and enjoys serving as a resource to make sure their needs are met. He lives with family in a rural area outside of Philadelphia.

Elizabeth Naidoo - Account Manager

Elizabeth joined Arch Resources in 2019 collaborating with clients for Division 10 Accessory needs. Elizabeth was previously a Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in government loans and an Office Manager for a commercial construction company. Elizabeth’s many years as president of a non-profit organization kept her active with B.P.W. (Business and Professional Women’s Group) and The Montgomery County, PA Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about addressing ethnic and racial minority socioeconomic issues in her community. Elizabeth and her children live outside of Philadelphia.
